Role Description The Caller role is a full-time, on-site position based at Logica Aviation Training School in Chennai. The Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and parents, provide information about courses and admissions, and respond to queries in a clear and professional manner. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating lead and enquiry records, scheduling counseling appointments or campus visits, and following up with interested candidates.





The role also involves coordinating with the admissions and training teams, sharing accurate program details, and supporting basic administrative tasks related to student outreach and engagement.

Qualifications

- Robust communication and interpersonal abilities, including clear telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with using spreadsheets or CRM tools to record and track calls and leads.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple calls, follow-ups, and daily reporting.
- Customer service mindset, with the ability to address questions patiently and build positive relationships with students and parents.
- Proficiency in English and local languages (such as Tamil) preferred to effectively reach a diverse audience.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counseling support, sales, or education counseling is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; additional coursework in communication or marketing is beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in Chennai and collaborating closely with admissions and training staff.
