Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a CA Inter / M.Com skilled with 1–2 years of experience in GST Returns, Accounting, and Bank Audits. The role involves preparing and filing GST returns, reconciling input tax credit, and ensuring timely and accurate compliance with GST regulations. Daily responsibilities include maintaining books of accounts, posting journal entries, handling ledgers, preparing financial statements, and supporting routine accounting operations.

The professional will assist in bank audits by reviewing bank statements,



verifying documentation, performing reconciliations, and preparing working papers and reports. The role also includes coordinating with clients and internal team members, supporting statutory and internal audit activities, and contributing to process improvements and documentation as needed.

Qualifications

- CA Inter or M.Com qualification with 1–2 years of relevant experience in GST compliance, accounting, and audit.
- Strong knowledge of GST Return preparation, GST laws, input tax credit reconciliation, and related documentation.
- Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, ledger management, journal entries, and preparation of financial statements.
- Practical exposure to bank audit procedures, bank reconciliation, verification of transactions, and audit working papers.
- Proficiency with accounting software (such as Tally or similar), MS Excel, and basic MS Office tools.
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret financial and tax data accurately.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage deadlines, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Income Tax, company law basics, and audit standards will be an added advantage.
