About the RoleVasan & Sampath LLP is looking for motivated and enthusiastic CA students to join our Articleship Program. This opportunity provides practical exposure across various domains of Chartered Accountancy, enabling articles to build strong technical knowledge and skilled skills while working with a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and Tax Audits.
- Support in Direct and Indirect Tax compliance and filings.
- Prepare financial statements, working papers, and audit documentation.
- Participate in client meetings and interact with client representatives.
- Assist with ROC, GST, Income Tax, and other regulatory compliances.
- Conduct research on accounting, taxation, and corporate law matters.
- Support due diligence, advisory, and consulting assignments as required.
- Maintain professional documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Travel to client locations whenever required.

Eligibility

- CA Intermediate (Both Groups) cleared.
- Eligible to commence Articleship under ICAI regulations.
- Strong academic foundation in Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, and Corporate Laws.

Skills Required

- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work effectively in teams while taking ownership of assigned tasks.
