Role Description The CA Article will support the finance and accounting team in delivering Virtual CFO and financial services to startup and SME clients. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India involves assisting with bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, management reports, and working papers under guidance of senior team members. The role includes supporting compliance tasks such as tax filings, statutory reporting, and regulatory documentation, as well as contributing to financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting exercises.





The CA Article will help in data analysis, reconciliations, and preparation of dashboards and reports used for client advisory and decision-making. The position also offers exposure to valuation assignments, business registrations, process documentation, and financial automation initiatives using modern tools and technology.

Qualifications

- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and preparation of financial statements.
- Understanding of taxation, compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to Indian startups and SMEs.
- Ability to work with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and basic valuation concepts.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, accounting software, and financial automation tools; strong data handling skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numeracy skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills for client-facing and internal work.
- Enrollment as a CA Article/CA trainee with a recognized institute; relevant academic background in commerce, finance, or accounting.
- High level of integrity, willingness to learn, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and team-oriented team mindset.
