The Enterprise Operations team at First Citizen India, Bangalore is responsible for managing Risk and control Governance for FCI. We are committed to providing precise guidance and support to enhance our Risk and control environment. The Business Risk and Control team is looking for apprentices to support the Risks and control activities for FCI

Key Deliverables (Duties and Responsibilities)

Demonstrate effective communication skills across verbal, written, and presentation channels through discussions and sessions for Risk and control awareness with Businesses

Successfully facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions with clear outcomes.

•

Produce accurate, concise, and professional documentation aligned with Enterprise standards and policies

•

Manage administrative activities efficiently, including meeting coordination, status tracking, and governance support.

•

Exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Document Risk and controls and perform monitoring
