Position Overview GOTEK is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Operations Specialist to support our business development and sales activities. The primary responsibility of this role will be to conduct outbound telemarketing calls, generate leads, engage with prospective customers, follow up with interested leads, and contribute to sales conversions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work towards defined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities  Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce GOTEK’s products and services.  Generate recent sales leads through telemarketing and systematic follow-ups.  Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product/service information.  Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.  Convert qualified leads into successful sales opportunities and orders.  Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.  Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, customer responses, and conversions.  Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth lead-to-order conversion.  Identify customer requirements, objections, and potential sales opportunities.  Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex requirements to the appropriate team.  Prepare regular updates on calling activity, lead status, and sales conversions.  Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with customers.  Continuously improve calling, communication, follow-up,



and sales-conversion techniques.

Candidate

Requirements  Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.  Confident and professional telephone communication.  Basic knowledge of computers and office applications.  Ability to communicate with customers professionally and patiently.  Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.  Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.  Willingness to learn about the company’s products and services.  Ability to work independently as well as with a team.  Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, business development, or customer engagement will be an advantage.  Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.

Performance Expectations The selected candidate will be expected to:  Maintain consistent daily calling activity.  Generate and qualify potential leads.  Follow up with leads within the defined timelines.  Contribute to order generation and sales conversions.  Meet assigned monthly performance targets.  Maintain accurate and updated customer and lead information.

Compensation & Incentives Monthly Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000, based on skills and experience.

Performance Incentives: Additional incentives will be provided based on successful call conversions, qualified leads, and orders generated, as per the company’s incentive structure.
