Someone who

? Has strong experience in the K12 / EdTech segment

? Has prior experience managing US / Canada markets

? Has managed and scaled a 30–40 member sales team

? Has a strong track record of scaling sales from X to Y with clear business outcomes

? Understands inside sales, conversion, revenue ownership and sales productivity

? Is comfortable building high-performance teams and developing future sales leaders

? Thinks like a business owner, not just a people manager

? Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace
