AboutWe are seeking a hands-on and results-driven business head to lead the company’s growth, operations, sales, and overall business performance. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong execution skills and take complete ownership of revenue growth, profitability, team performance, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company’s business and growth strategy.
- Own revenue, profitability, budgets, and overall P&L; performance.
- Identify new markets, partnerships, channels, and business opportunities.
- Lead sales, marketing, operations, and customer-experience initiatives.
- Establish business targets, performance metrics, and reporting systems.
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Improve operational processes, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Develop solid relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Provide regular business-performance updates to the founders and management.




- Ensure timely execution of strategic projects and organisational priorities.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
- Significant experience in business leadership, sales, operations, or general management.
- Demonstrated success in growing revenue and managing business profitability.
- Strong understanding of P&L;, budgeting, business development, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfortable taking end-to-end ownership and remaining closely involved in execution.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram.
