We're not looking for someone to manage a department.

We're looking for someone who wants to help build one.

As I gradually shift my focus towards building Snapzo, I'm looking for someone who can work closely with me and eventually take ownership of Wevoir's business growth, client experience and brand communication.

If you're someone who enjoys meeting people, solving business problems, building relationships and creating exceptional customer experiences, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

- Speak with prospective couples and understand their vision before recommending the right experience.
- Lead client consultations, follow ups and relationship management.
- Drive business growth through referrals, partnerships and new initiatives.
- Work directly with the Founder on business strategy, branding and customer experience.
- Manage Meta advertising campaigns and review campaign performance.
- Prepare MIS reports, analyse business numbers and identify opportunities for growth.
- Improve proposals, presentations and overall client communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure every client receives a seamless experience.
- Build relationships with wedding planners, venues and industry partners.
- Take ownership of projects beyond your defined role whenever the business requires.

Who We're Looking For





- 3 to 8 years of qualified experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable meeting clients and representing the company.
- Hands on experience with Meta Ads and campaign analysis.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Canva and presentation tools.
- Strong business acumen with an analytical mindset.
- Someone who naturally takes ownership and enjoys solving problems.
- Someone who wants to build a business rather than simply work for one.

Nature of the Role

- Six day working week.
- Comfortable working on Sundays and public holidays whenever business requires.
- Dynamic working hours based on client meetings, weddings and business priorities.
- Comfortable travelling within Delhi NCR, across India and internationally whenever required.
- Comfortable working directly with the Founder.

Compensation

- ₹8 to ₹10 LPA Fixed Compensation.
