Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Support role based in Kozhikode. The role involves supporting business development initiatives through market research, data collection, and analysis to identify potential clients, partners, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include preparing presentations, proposals, and reports, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems, and assisting with follow-up communication to prospects and existing clients.



The position also supports customer service activities, coordinates meetings and events, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely execution of business development plans.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to perform structured Market Research to support business development decisions.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written communication and confident Presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer Service orientation with the ability to manage inquiries, build rapport, and maintain skilled relationships.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM systems) and attention to detail in documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, economics, or a related field; prior experience in sales support or business development is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
