Role Description: The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and building long-term relationships with individual and institutional clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients,



presenting The Wealth Finder’s services, and collaborating with legal and advisory teams to tailor solutions to client needs. The role involves maintaining CRM records, preparing proposals, supporting client onboarding, and participating in networking events and industry forums to enhance brand visibility.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, India, requiring close coordination with internal teams and local partners to drive growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Market Research and Industry Analysis
- Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills
- Knowledge of the IEPF claim procedure
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in Business Development and Client Relationship Management
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1+ years of experience in Business Development
- Must be located within a commutable distance of Andheri East, Mumbai
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, India
