Role Description:

The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding Vyntics client base in data engineering and AI consulting. This role includes prospecting and lead generation, qualifying opportunities, and maintaining a robust pipeline through outreach, networking, and follow-ups. The specialist will conduct market research to identify target industries, understand client needs, and align Vyntics’ offerings with business challenges and growth goals.

Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations,



collaborating with technical teams to shape proposals, coordinating demos, and supporting contract negotiations. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, ensuring a high standard of customer service, and tracking performance metrics to refine business development strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, evaluate opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Lead Generation experience, with proficiency in prospecting, pipeline management, and outreach via email, calls, and professional networks.
- Market Research skills to segment target customers, analyze industry trends, and identify competitive positioning.
- Customer Service orientation, with a focus on building trust, managing expectations, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Prior experience in B2B technology, SaaS, data engineering, or AI services is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and coordinate effectively with technical and leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Comfort with CRM tools and basic understanding of cloud, data, and AI concepts to communicate value propositions credibly.
