Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Generate and research new leads through various channels.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers.
- Understand customer requirements and identify their needs.
- Explain company products/services to potential customers.
- Qualify leads based on interest, requirements, and budget.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Maintain and regularly update the CRM/lead database.
- Schedule meetings, consultations, demos, and appointments.
- Assist the sales team in converting qualified leads.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Identify recent business opportunities and potential target segments.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Participate in sales meetings, campaigns, events, and promotional activities.




- Track daily calls, leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and conversion targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences.
- Handle basic customer queries and coordinate for issue resolution.
- Suggest new ideas to improve lead generation and business growth.
