We’re Hiring | Business Development Manager – Export

Royal Surgicare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Manager – Export to join our growing team.

Royal Surgicare is a medical device manufacturer with EN ISO 13485 certification and products certified under EU MDR 2017/745 by TÜV SÜD. We manufacture and export a wide range of medical consumables and disposable medical devices to international markets.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Generate current international/export business leads

•⁠ ⁠Identify and connect with potential distributors, importers, and healthcare companies

•⁠ ⁠Handle customer enquiries and prepare/send quotations

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with international customers from enquiry to order

•⁠ ⁠Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders

•⁠ ⁠Maintain regular follow-up on quotations, samples, and pending enquiries

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal production, quality, documentation, and logistics teams

•⁠ ⁠Represent the company at exhibitions and other international/local exhibitions

•⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships

•⁠ ⁠Support the company in expanding its international customer base

Who We’re Looking For

•⁠ ⁠1–2 years of experience in Export Sales / International Business Development

•⁠ ⁠Preferred:



Experience in the medical consumables / medical devices industry

•⁠ ⁠Candidates with experience in exporting medical disposable products will be preferred

•⁠ ⁠Good understanding of export processes, shipping, freight, and basic export documentation

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and negotiation skills

•⁠ ⁠Good English communication, both written and verbal

•⁠ ⁠Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills

•⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel for exhibitions

•⁠ ⁠Freshers with relevant medical/healthcare export exposure may also be considered

This position is primarily suitable for candidates with 1–2 years of experience. We are not looking for highly experienced/senior candidates.
