Role Description The Business Development Operations Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Faridabad, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves supporting business growth by coordinating internal operations, tracking leads, and maintaining accurate business development data and reports. The specialist will perform market and competitor research, analyze trends, and help identify current opportunities in industrial automation and related domains.

Daily activities include collaborating with sales and technical teams,



preparing proposals and presentations, and ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders. The role also requires optimizing business development processes, supporting CRM usage, and contributing to strategic planning and performance tracking.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage Development Operations, including business process coordination and support for sales and project teams.
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, preparing reports, and identifying trends and business opportunities.
- Experience in Market Research and Business analysis, preferably within industrial automation or related technical domains.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for working with internal teams and external clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
