Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Indore.

The Business Development

Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitality, corporate, B2B, and government segments, focusing on textiles, uniforms, and related products.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with hotel groups, resorts, dealers, and corporate clients; conducting market research to identify growth opportunities; and managing end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closing. The role involves preparing proposals and presentations,



coordinating with internal teams on pricing and product customization, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

The Business Development

Manager will also track sales performance, provide regular reports to leadership, and contribute to strategic planning to expand SkySpun’s market presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, account management, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess client relationship and communication skills, including stakeholder management, presentation abilities, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Candidates should possess market analysis and strategic planning skills, including research, prospect assessment, and the ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
- Candidates should possess organizational and operational skills, such as pipeline management, CRM usage, and coordination with production, logistics, and marketing teams.
- Experience in textiles, uniforms, hospitality supplies, or related industries is highly beneficial, along with a proven track record in B2B or hotel/resort sales.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, and proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools is desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, travel as needed for client meetings, and operate independently while meeting revenue and growth targets.
