Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohini. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting Score Bada’s digital marketing services, including social media, SEO, influencer, video, and meme marketing.

The Business Development

Manager will conduct market research, prepare proposals, lead pitches, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal marketing and creative teams, tracking sales performance, and providing regular reports and insights to leadership.



The role also requires staying updated on industry trends to position the agency competitively and support long-term business partnerships.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in digital marketing or related fields.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, lead generation, and negotiation to close deals effectively.
- Understanding of social media marketing, SEO, influencer marketing, video production, and meme marketing.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and develop strategic business plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and pitching abilities.
- Comfort working on-site in Rohini and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Influencer marketing atleast 1-2+ years
