We're looking for someone who is genuinely positive at high-ticket sales — and ready to build the team that does it after them.

Your job is simple: sell ₹3–6 lakh deals to restaurant owners yourself, then hire, train and run the people who'll do it at scale.

You'll be building Pixelizt's sales team from zero. Bengaluru first, Dubai next.

What you'll work on:

- High-Ticket Closing: Sell the Walk-In Growth System — ₹3–6 lakh deals — to restaurant owners, from first call to advance collected.
- Team Building: Hire, train and run sales executives and business development reps.
- Playbook: Turn what works into a process your team can run without you — scripts, objection handling, follow-ups.
- Pipeline Ownership: Own the number. Yours first, then the team's.
- Coaching:



Sit in on calls, review proposals, lift the people under you.
- International (a plus): Experience selling in markets like Dubai, UK or the US is welcome — not required.

- A proven record of high performance selling high-ticket to business owners.
- Built or led a sales team before.
- Sold digital marketing packages — SEO, websites, ads, retainers — is a strong plus.
