Business Development Manager Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition, revenue growth and strategic customer relationships in logistics and warehousing.

Experience & Qualification:

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in 3PL / Logistics / Warehousing Business Development.

Experience in Logistics ( FMCG, Pharma, Cold Chain, E-commerce or Retail preferred). Graduate/MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Logistics field preferred.

Key Responsibilities Generate and acquire new 3PL Warehousing & logistics business . Identify leads, conduct client meetings and manage the complete sales cycle. Understand client requirements and propose suitable logistics solutions.

Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations. Coordinate with Operations & Finance for costing and pricing. Negotiate commercials and close profitable deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups, forecasts and MIS. Identify cross-selling, upselling and new market opportunities. Ensure smooth client on boarding with the Operations team. Must-Have Skills :





- Strong 3PL/Logistics B2B sales experience. Proven track record of lead generation and business conversion . Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills & robust negotiation and commercial understanding . Excellent client relationship and networking skills & target-oriented and result-driven approach. Good knowledge of AI , Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and MIS . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Existing network in Logistics Pharma, E-commerce, Retail or Corporate sectors . Knowledge of warehousing, transportation and cold-chain solutions.
