Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals who are eager to build a career in Business Development. As a Business Development Intern, you will work closely with our BD team on live projects, gaining real-world experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential clients and business leads
- Support the BD team in pitching ScaleOXperts services to prospects
- Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations
- Research market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Maintain and update lead tracker and CRM records




- Build and nurture professional relationships with prospects
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets

Who Can Apply

- Students or fresh graduates pursuing BBA, MBA, B.Com or any relevant degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — verbal and written
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude
- Comfortable working remotely with fixed shift timings
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and MS Office is a plus
- Prior internship or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Freshers are welcome — training will be provided
