Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable visa solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads while ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Guide customers throughout their visa application journey with professional assistance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Documentation teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Learn about international visa processes, documentation requirements, and company offerings.
- Work towards achieving individual performance goals while continuously improving communication and sales skills.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree completed in any discipline (Graduation completed is mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong interest in Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, or the Travel industry.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools is an added advantage.
