Role Overview

We are seeking an HR & Business Development Intern who will support our team across hiring, recruitment, business development, admin, and research functions. This is a hands-on role for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You’ll gain exposure to both the people side and the growth side of a fast-moving tech startup.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

- Assist in outreach to potential clients, partners, and collaborators.
- Draft and send professional emails, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Support preparation of pitch decks and presentations.





Human Resources & Recruitment
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
- Draft and post job descriptions across platforms.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update hiring trackers.
- Support onboarding and documentation processes.

General & Admin
- Manage databases, spreadsheets, and internal records.
- Support daily operational tasks and ad-hoc projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Requirements

- Robust communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Comfortable with emails, outreach, and basic research.
- Interest in HR, business development, and working in a startup environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Prior internship experience in HR, recruitment, or BD is a plus (not mandatory).
