Role Overview

We're hiring Business Development Interns to join our inside sales team. You'll be the first point of contact for inbound leads qualifying enquiries, converting prospects into opportunities, and supporting customers through their journey with us. No prior civil or construction background needed — we'll train you.

Condition: Immediate joining, work from office in Pune.

What You'll Do

Respond to inbound inquiries and leads from website, calls, social media, and other marketing channels

Qualify leads into genuine business opportunities and pass them to the account executive team for closure

Make calls and send emails to move prospects further down the funnel

Source and maintain accurate prospect/customer data in our CRM





Understand customer needs and educate them on our products, services, and pricing

Handle inbound customer support attend to concerns, tickets, and complaints, routing them appropriately

Collect and relay client feedback across open, closed, and post-sales stages

Grow into a Client Service Executive or Sales Development role as you build your skills

What We're Looking For

Graduate in any stream (Post-graduate a plus, not required)

Strong aptitude and problem-solving skills

Confident spoken and written communication in English and Hindi/regional language

Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and process discipline

Self-directed, able to multitask, and comfortable with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint

Good to Know

This is a sales role, but no travel required it's fully office-based

No industry background needed full training provided

9 working hours/day
