About the Role:

IMAGEbytes Private Limited is looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Executive (Telesales) to drive the promotion of our PACS software and related services across Indian and international markets. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for medical service providers—generating leads, building relationships, and clearly communicating the value our solutions bring to their practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold and warm outreach to medical service providers via calls, email, and skilled networking platforms.

Confidently present and explain our software products and services, tailoring the pitch to each prospect's needs.

Respond to customer queries professionally and resolve concerns in a timely manner.

Nurture leads through consistent, thoughtful follow-ups after initial contact.

Capture and maintain accurate customer records—names, contact details,



and interaction history—in spreadsheets and CRM.

Log all customer interactions, orders, and lead details accurately within the CRM and reporting systems.

Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of all customer communications.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Strong persuasion, customer-handling, and relationship-building skills, with a solid grasp of sales and lead-generation processes.

Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Vtiger) and lead-sourcing platforms such as Lusha, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, Apollo, ContactOut, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Hands-on experience with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

High energy, a positive attitude, and a proactive, self-motivated approach.

Flexibility and adaptability to evolving business needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Any graduate (or equivalent).

- Experience: 0-1 years in telesales within the software product or service industry.
