We’re Hiring | Business Development Executive – Operations & Technology

Synnoviq Technologies Private Limited is looking for a Business Development Executive – Operations & Technology who can work across people management, project operations, frontend development, and AI-assisted workflows.

This is not a conventional sales-only Business Development role. We are looking for a versatile qualified who can understand business requirements, coordinate people and projects, solve operational problems, and contribute technically when required.

Key ResponsibilitiesPeople & HR Operations

- Support recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and technical assessments.
- Coordinate onboarding and employee/intern allocation.
- Track employee performance, work progress, attendance, and deliverables.
- Assist management with performance reviews, warnings, role changes, and exit/relieving processes.
- Maintain clear and professional internal communication.

Project & Operations Management

- Understand project requirements and convert them into actionable tasks.
- Assign and coordinate projects with developers/team members.
- Track deadlines, submissions, pending tasks, and corrections.
- Review project progress and escalate delays or quality concerns.
- Test websites/applications and prepare structured bug and QA reports.
- Coordinate corrections until the required quality standards are achieved.

Frontend Development

- Strong working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Ability to build, modify, debug, and test responsive frontend interfaces.
- Understand responsive design, browser compatibility, UI implementation, and basic performance optimization.
- Ability to inspect existing projects and identify technical or visual issues.

AI & Automation Knowledge

- Practical understanding of modern AI tools and AI-assisted workflows is mandatory.




- Ability to use AI effectively for development, research, documentation, testing, analysis, and productivity.
- Must understand how to verify and improve AI-generated outputs rather than blindly depending on them.
- Interest in AI automation and improving internal workflows will be an advantage.
