Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Lucknow / Mumbai (On-site)
Job Summary: Secureedge Fintech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and goal-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for field sales as well as tele-calling activities, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth in the fintech and financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and client meetings
- Handle outbound and inbound sales calls professionally
- Explain company products/services to prospective clients
- Convert leads into successful business closures
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper follow-ups with interested clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client support
- Update sales activities and client interactions in CRM or reporting systems
- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with field sales and calling profiles
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Prior experience in sales, fintech, banking, finance, or insurance will be preferred

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Business or Management or any relevant discipline
