We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – International Sales to expand our global customer base and drive B2B sales across international markets. This is a sales-focused role responsible for international business development, client acquisition, key account management, and revenue growth.

Develop new international B2B business opportunities and acquire new customers. # Generate leads through email, LinkedIn, trade portals, and networking. # Conduct virtual sales meetings, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals. # Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. # Monitor international market trends and identify new business opportunities. # Represent the company in overseas customer meetings, international exhibitions, and business visits as required. # Should be proficient in using import-export databases/software,



tracking international market prices, monitoring price trends, and analyzing competitor and market pricing. 3–8 years of experience in B2B Industrial Sales. # Experience in International Sales or Export Business Development is preferred. # Excellent spoken and written English communication is mandatory. # Comfortable working in rotational shifts aligned with international customer time zones. Shift timings will rotate approximately every 15 days based on business requirements. # Valid passport or willingness to obtain one is preferred. # Willingness to travel internationally to meet customers and support business development activities. # Candidates with proficiency in an additional foreign language will be preferred, especially for international business and client communication. # Strong knowledge of export documentation and compliance (DGFT, shipping bills, etc.) International exposure and overseas business travel opportunities.
