Aadi Sustainability Solutions is looking for a Business Development Executive – Recycled Fibres to grow its recycled fibre business across domestic and international markets.

The role will focus on developing customers, managing trials, closing commercial orders and building repeat business with spinning mills, textile manufacturers, exporters and brands.

Aadi Sustainability Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a circular textile company working across textile waste recovery, recycled fibres and circular garment manufacturing. Our recycled fibres business works with textile recyclers, spinning mills, manufacturers, exporters and brands to develop commercially viable recycled textile solutions while improving traceability, quality and circularity across the textile value chain.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers for recycled fibres.
- Build relationships with spinning mills, yarn manufacturers, denim mills, home textile companies, exporters and brands.
- Understand customer requirements for fibre composition, colour, quality, blends, pricing and end-use.
- Monitor recycled fibre, textile waste and yarn market trends.
- Coordinate internally for order execution, quality,



dispatch and customer service.

Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in textile fibres, yarn, recycling, textile waste or related B2B textile sales.
- Textile qualification preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer development skills.
- Good commercial understanding and follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable travelling to customers, mills and industry events.
- Knowledge of recycled textiles, GRS/RCS or circular economy will be an advantage.
