We're Hiring: Business Development ExecutiveMontaz Medias is a personal branding agency based in Visakhapatnam, helping founders and business leaders build their digital presence through strategy, scripting, content production, editing and growth.

We're looking for a Business Development Executive who can understand a prospect's business, identify their requirements, communicate the value of our services and convert qualified opportunities into long-term clients.

What You'll Do

- Handle inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
- Connect with founders, entrepreneurs and business owners.
- Conduct discovery and consultation calls.
- Understand client goals, challenges and marketing requirements.
- Present Montaz Medias services and packages.
- Prepare proposals and quotations.
- Follow up consistently with prospects.
- Manage leads and opportunities in our CRM.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Coordinate client onboarding with the internal team.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Work towards monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.

What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Confidence speaking with founders and business owners.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media or creative services.
- Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Valuable English and Telugu communication.

PreferredPrevious experience in any of the following is an advantage:
- Digital marketing sales
- Advertising agency sales
- Creative services
- Social media services
- Video production
- Personal branding
- SaaS or B2B sales

Experience0–2 years Freshers with excellent communication and sales ability may also apply.

Compensation₹2.16–₹2.64 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

Compensation will depend on communication skills, previous experience and sales ability.
