Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students and guide them in selecting suitable UG/PG programs from our partnered universities.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and messages to convert leads effectively.
- Understand students’ career goals and recommend programs aligned with their ambitions.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless admission processing and strong post-enrollment assistance.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3 months-1 yr of mandatory experience in Online Degree Programs.
- Strong counseling, sales, and conversion skills
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
