Business Development Executive – IT - US Staffing

Job Summary

Sharp Atoms is looking for a Business Development Executive to grow our US Staffing business.

You’ll be working with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients, and GCCs , bringing in new clients, closing agreements, and building long-term business.

This role is for someone who understands the US staffing space and knows how to turn conversations into real opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to and connect with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients, and GCCs

Generate leads through calls, emails, Linked In, and your existing network

Handle the full sales cycle — from first conversation to MSA/vendor onboarding and closure

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and vendor managers

Work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure requirements are fulfilled

Grow accounts and drive repeat business

Keep a consistent pipeline and follow up regularly

Performance Expectations

Build a solid pipeline and keep it moving

Turn conversations into signed agreements (MSA/vendor onboarding)





Start getting requirements from clients early on

Bring in and grow a few active client accounts

Maintain consistency in adding new business

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in US IT staffing business development

Good understanding of MSP/VMS, direct clients, and GCCs

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage the sales cycle independently

Self-driven and comfortable working with targets

Good to Have

Existing contacts with MSPs, hiring managers, or GCC stakeholders

Experience in client acquisition and closures

Familiarity with tools like Linked In Sales Navigator, CRM, etc.
