About the RoleSave Life Care is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to handle ambulance service enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.

The primary responsibility of this role is to attend incoming calls for Train Ambulance, Air Ambulance, and Road Ambulance services, understand the patient's requirements, explain the available options, follow up with the family, and close the booking.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and respond to incoming calls related to Train, Air, and Road Ambulance services.
- Understand the patient's medical condition, transfer requirements, route, and urgency.
- Explain suitable ambulance options, services, pricing, and procedures to the patient's family.
- Convert genuine enquiries into confirmed ambulance bookings.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain regular communication with patients' families until the booking is confirmed.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution after booking.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/conversion targets.
- Build trust with families by providing clear, honest, and timely information.




- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while dealing with patients' families.

What We Are Looking For
- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Ability to understand customer needs and close enquiries.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Previous experience in sales, healthcare, ambulance services, travel, or telecalling will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a solid willingness to learn can also apply.
