? We’re Hiring | Business Development Executive- IndoreHiresha’s World of Mushrooms (HWOM) is expanding its business development and outreach team, and we’re looking for a Business Development Executive based in Indore.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on calls, robust with follow-ups, organised with data, and motivated by measurable business outcomes.

? Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop relationships with potential partners, institutions, organisations, and prospective customers
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on business and candidate leads
- Drive outreach and enrolment for HWOM’s training and capacity-building programmes
- Conduct professional calling and tele-outreach with prospects, partners, and candidates
- Manage email outreach, follow-ups, and business correspondence
- Maintain accurate CRM, lead trackers, and outreach databases
- Track and report daily and weekly performance, including:
- Calls completed
- Leads generated
- Follow-ups
- Partnerships initiated
- Candidate conversions and enrolments

- ? Who We’re Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, Customer Outreach, or Partnerships
- Freshers are welcome if they demonstrate strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English




- Good written communication and professional email etiquette
- Comfortable with calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and target-based work
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Able to manage multiple pipelines without losing track of follow-ups
- Must be based in Indore
