Job Title: Business Development Executive (Sales)

Job Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office Mandate)

Experience: 0-6 Years

Shift: 6.30PM-3.30 AM IST (Night shift) Monday to Friday

Qualification: Any Graduates/MBA preferred

Must Have Skills

Experience in US IT sales or cold calling (150-200 calls per day)Excellent English communication skillsStrong persuasion and negotiation skillsAbility to work in US shift timingsBasic understanding of IT services (preferred Digital marketing, Cyber security/ITS services/Ecommerce)

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to US-based clientsGenerate and qualify IT sales leadsIdentify client requirements and present company servicesSchedule meetings/demos for senior sales teamMaintain CRM records and follow-upsAchieve daily/weekly lead generation targets
