We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in Jaipur.

About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, connecting with potential clients, building strong relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, proactive in approaching potential clients, and comfortable working toward business development and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, online platforms, and outbound outreach.
- Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers.
- Connect with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable business opportunities.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings and business discussions.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and follow-up communications.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate with clients and support the team in converting qualified leads into business.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings,



and business opportunities in CRM or internal tracking systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team business development targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of client requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in business development, sales, lead generation, client acquisition, or client relationship management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional approach to client communication.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into business.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
- Good understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Comfortable using MS Office, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other business communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
