Role Description

This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role is based in Barrackpur-II, Kolkata and is open to fresher candidates only. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and supporting the development of strategic partnerships.

The Business Development

Executive will engage with prospective clients, present Sicuaura’s safety solutions, and assist in managing accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. Daily tasks include conducting market research, maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups, coordinating with internal teams,



and contributing to the achievement of sales and growth targets. This position requires direct, local engagement; relocation is not supported for this role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business to help identify opportunities and support growth initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Account Management to build a pipeline and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with prospects, present solutions clearly, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Basic understanding of sales processes or business development concepts, with a strong interest in technology and safety solutions.
- Ability to work on-site in Barrackpur-II, Kolkata, with valuable interpersonal skills and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Comfort using common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM tools) and maintaining organized records.
