Roles and responsibilities

- Understand and present company's electro-optic products to customers.
- Prepare quotations, datasheets, and technical proposals.
- Review customer QRs and provide comments/clarifications.
- Support product pitch and presentations to customers.
- Coordinate meetings with internal teams and customers.
- Prepare and manage technical documentation.
- Follow up with customers on enquiries and submissions.
- Handle RFI / EOI responses and support bid submissions.
