About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is confident, energetic, target-oriented, and passionate about sales and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to schools and educational institutions from the assigned database.
2. Connect with decision-makers, understand their requirements, and introduce relevant Edugenius solutions.
3. Conduct online product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
4. Generate leads, schedule meetings, and maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects.
5. Build strong client relationships and convert qualified leads into successful deals.
6. Prepare proposals and coordinate with the Head Office on sales activities, strategies,



and requirements.
7. Negotiate with prospects and work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
8. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, follow-ups, proposals, and closures.
9. Regularly update the team on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development progress.

What we are looking for

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in sales, calling, and client interaction.
- Positive convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, EdTech, or B2B Sales is an advantage.

Job Details

Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Saturday: Half-day

Location: Cuffe Parade, Mumbai 400005
