(JD) – Roles & Responsibilities

MITS Tech is looking for a high-energy and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing tech sales team in Bangalore. If you enjoy building relationships, communicating with clients, and exploring the world of IT services and software solutions, this role is for you.

Experience:

0–2 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and email outreach
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls or meetings with prospective clients
- Present IT and technology solutions, including Custom Software Development, Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, and AI Automation
- Follow up with leads and convert them into active business opportunities
- Handle basic client coordination and support during the sales process
- Maintain and update CRM records regularly




- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work closely with the internal tech and delivery teams to ensure smooth communication and project onboarding

Key Skills Required:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and client-handling abilities
- Basic understanding of IT concepts, software development, cloud computing, and managed IT services
- Lead generation and networking skills
- Time management and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with a positive and result-oriented attitude

Requirements:

- Any Graduate (B.Tech, BCA, Marketing, or Business-related degree preferred)
- Freshers can apply

- Basic knowledge of B2B IT sales will be an added advantage
