Role Description: This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for Business Development Associates and Business Development Managers. The role involves identifying and generating new business leads, engaging prospective clients, and promoting TradeUcare’s forex and currency services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, building and maintaining a sales pipeline, delivering client presentations, and participating in meetings and events to showcase offerings.

The position also requires nurturing relationships with existing clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service satisfaction,



and regularly reporting on sales activities and performance metrics. The role is suited to individuals who are motivated to drive growth, expand market reach, and contribute to TradeUcare’s position as a trusted forex partner.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and building a robust sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, with the ability to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and client-facing interaction.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or financial services (forex or banking) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and customer service orientation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
