Role: Business Development Associate – Commission Based

Lunexsa Consultancy Services Private Limited is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to help us acquire new clients for our website development, custom software, digital solutions and IT consulting services in Gorakhpur.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach local businesses that may require websites or software solutions.
- Conduct in-person visits and communicate with business owners/decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through field visits, calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective clients and coordinate with the Lunexsa team for proposals and project discussions.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Help convert qualified prospects into paying clients.

Compensation

- This is a commission-based chance with no fixed salary.
- Website projects:



10% commission on the amount actually collected from clients.
- Custom software projects: 10% commission on the amount actually collected.
- Commission is payable only after payment is received by Lunexsa.

Who Can Apply

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting business owners in person.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Knowledge of websites, digital marketing or IT services is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Candidates based in or familiar with Gorakhpur are preferred.

Important: This is a performance-based contractual engagement. There is no fixed monthly salary. Earning potential depends on successful client conversions. Location: Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh
