We are looking for a Business Analyst who can turn data into actionable insights and support data-driven business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL and analytical skills, business acumen, and experience using AI tools and automation to improve reporting, decision-making, and productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business problems, analyze data, identify opportunities, and recommend practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business data, trends, and KPIs to identify opportunities and improvement areas.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into data-driven insights.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Build reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business problems.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Copilot for analysis, automation, research, and productivity.
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Track business performance and identify deviations from targets.
- Support teams in making data-backed decisions across business functions.
- Convert complex datasets into simple,



actionable business recommendations.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, MIS, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Solid SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, subqueries, aggregations, and window functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with data reporting, dashboards, and business metrics.
- Proficiency with AI tools for analysis, automation, and productivity.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

Good to Have

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Basic knowledge of Python.
- Experience in a startup, EdTech, or data-driven organization.
- Experience working with sales, marketing, operations, finance, or product data.
- Understanding of business process improvement and automation.
