About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst with deep expertise in organizational change management to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in partnering with our clients to deliver complex business, technology, and transformation programs. The successful candidate will act as the change lead on engagements, responsible for assessing change impacts, shaping comprehensive change strategies, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and driving the adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

This is a client-facing, consultative role that requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The individual will typically be embedded within a program leadership team, influencing change from strategy development through to sustainment, ensuring that organizational change initiatives deliver lasting value.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4-5 years leading change management initiatives within medium to large-scale transformation projects. Demonstrable experience working directly with clients, managing senior stakeholders, and facilitating workshops is essential.



Candidates should have a robust working knowledge of recognized change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step, or LaMarsh Managed Change.

Experience delivering change in major technology implementations (ERP, CRM, HCM), cloud migrations, operating model redesigns, mergers and acquisitions, or digital transformations is highly desirable. A solid foundation in core business analysis techniques including process mapping, requirements elicitation, gap analysis, and operating model design is required.

Certifications such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, APMG Change Management Practitioner, or CBAP are valued. Additionally, experience with agile delivery models and change management tools will be advantageous.

Responsibilities The responsibilities for this role encompass a broad spectrum of change management and business analysis activities, including:

- Defining and tailoring change strategy and planning aligned with client culture, risk profile, and program scope.
- Conducting detailed change impact assessments across roles, processes, systems, and locations, maintaining a comprehensive change impact register, and surfacing risks.
- Identifying, segmenting, and engaging stakeholders through tailored approaches, building trusted relationships, and managing resistance effectively.
- Coaching executive sponsors and leaders to act as active change agents, providing them with tools, messaging, and support to champion change initiatives.
- Developing and executing communication strategies, including collateral creation, channels management, and feedback mechanisms.
- Partnering with training teams to design learning solutions, oversee logistics,



and measure training effectiveness.
- Designing business readiness frameworks, coordinating validation activities, and escalating risks as needed.
- Supporting the mobilization and management of change champion networks to sustain momentum into post-implementation phases.
- Proactively managing resistance through targeted interventions and collaborating with HR and other stakeholders on sensitive change scenarios.
- Defining adoption KPIs, designing reinforcement activities, and linking change efforts to benefits realization metrics.
- Delivering comprehensive business analysis outputs, including process maps, future state designs, impact analyses, and business cases, with a focus on change management considerations.
- Preparing executive briefings, status dashboards, and steering committee reports to communicate progress and insights effectively.
