About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at JRD Systems. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing complex technology projects, ensuring seamless communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent stakeholder management skills to deliver projects that align with business objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycle phases, facilitating Agile/Scrum processes, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. This position offers an exciting chance to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the digital transformation journey of our clients.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management and business analysis within a technology environment. A strong educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related fields is required. Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or PRINCE2 are highly preferred.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure,



or GCP, as well as DevOps practices and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau, will be advantageous. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools including JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Azure DevOps is essential. Candidates should have a good understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and basic SQL.

Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst at JRD Systems, your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of activities aimed at ensuring project success and stakeholder satisfaction. Your primary duties include leading end-to-end delivery of technical projects, developing comprehensive project plans, managing risks, and coordinating cross-functional teams such as Development, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and Business stakeholders. You will monitor project progress, ensure adherence to governance standards, and prepare detailed status reports for executive leadership.

Additionally, you will gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through various techniques such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases. Conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions will be vital to understanding and translating business needs effectively.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.



Collaborating closely with Product Owners to prioritize and refine product backlogs, tracking sprint progress, and identifying impediments will be key to delivering value on time. Managing stakeholder relationships, communicating project status, risks, and dependencies effectively, and collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones are integral parts of this role.

You will also support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate solutions, and ensure deliverables meet business expectations, aligning technical solutions with strategic goals.
