Hiring for a client - Contract 6 months(extendable) Experience - 5 years and above Remote Role Description The Business Analyst CPG, Supply Chain will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes across consumer packaged goods and supply chain operations. In this full-time remote role, the individual will gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into explicit functional specifications for technical teams. Day-to-day activities include conducting data-driven analysis, mapping current and future-state processes, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

The role also involves coordinating with product, development, and operations teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives, performing impact assessments, and supporting testing and implementation.

The Business

Analyst will prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, provide recommendations, and support informed decision-making.

Qualifications - Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.





- Proficiency in Business Analysis and defining Business Requirements to translate stakeholder needs into actionable specifications.
- Experience in evaluating and optimizing Business Process within CPG and supply chain environments.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting requirements, and presenting insights.
- Knowledge of CPG industry dynamics and supply chain concepts such as demand planning, inventory management, and logistics.
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms for analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
