Responsibilities · Work across one or more insurance lines. · Robust understanding of end-to-end insurance processes Delivery & Agile Support · Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure business needs are translated into workable solutions. · Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews). · Support UAT activities , including test case review, defect triage, and business sign-off. · Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered functionality.
