About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience in IT projects. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable technical solutions. This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of software development processes.

Key Responsibilities

● Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.

● Convert business requirements into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

● Work closely with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and project managers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

● Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.

● Analyze existing business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.

● Create process flows, wireframes, workflow diagrams, and use cases.

● Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.

● Support API integrations by defining request/response structures and validating functional requirements.

● Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies for new features and enhancements.

● Track project progress, manage requirement changes, and communicate updates to stakeholders.





● Ensure complete documentation and maintain project artifacts throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

● 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in an IT/software development setting.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.

● Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

● Strong understanding of SDLC and software delivery processes.

● Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, SRS, user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams.

● Ability to understand APIs, JSON, REST services, and database concepts.

● Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis.

● Familiarity with system integrations and web/mobile application development.

● Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

● Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.

Preferred Skills

● Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

● Understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot to improve productivity.

● Knowledge of UI/UX principles and wireframing tools such as Figma or Balsamiq.

● Experience working on SaaS, enterprise, or web-based applications.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

● Business Analysis or Agile certifications (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, CSM, or PSM) are an advantage
