The position demands extensive research, collection, and synthesis of relevant information to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Collaboration across various departments is essential to ensure that the designed processes and systems effectively meet organizational goals and customer expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements to business processes.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with process modeling and business analysis frameworks.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
