Role Overview

This is a high-priority hire. We need an experienced Bulk Email Marketing Specialist who can build and manage large-scale B2B outreach campaigns with exceptional deliverability. The role requires deep expertise in email infrastructure, list hygiene, segmentation, and automation — directly contributing to MQL generation and sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute high-volume B2B email outreach campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers
- Manage sender reputation, email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and deliverability optimization
- Build and maintain segmented contact lists with strict list hygiene practices
- Develop drip sequences and automated nurture workflows in tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar
- Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, sending times, content, and CTAs to optimize open and click rates
- Monitor inbox placement rates and proactively resolve spam/bounce issues




- Coordinate with content and design teams to produce high-quality, brand-aligned email assets
- Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations

Requirements

- 7–10 years of email marketing experience with proven bulk/outreach campaign success
- Deep expertise in email deliverability: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP warm-up, inbox placement
- Experience with one or more ESPs: Mailchimp, SendGrid, Brevo, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Lemlist, or similar
- Robust understanding of B2B database sourcing, list building, and segmentation
- Familiarity with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and email compliance best practices
- Ability to manage large contact databases (100K+ contacts)
- Data-driven mindset with experience optimizing campaigns based on performance analytics
