Job Title: Field Fiber Engineer – Splicer / Wireman Job Responsibilities: Fiber optic cable splicing, jointing, termination and testing. Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of fiber optic networks. Handle OLT/ONT, FTTH and other fiber-related field work. Identify and resolve fiber faults and connectivity issues. Perform OTDR testing and maintain proper fiber records. Work at field locations as per project requirements. Follow safety and quality standards during site work.
Skills &
Requirements: Experience in Fiber Splicing / Wireman / FTTH work preferred. Basic knowledge of fiber optic networks and tools. Good troubleshooting and field-handling skills. Willingness to travel to different field locations. Bike & valid driving licence preferred. ITI / Diploma / 10th–12th pass candidates with relevant experience can apply.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 Incentives Job Type: Full time | Field Job
